What should I consider before applying to Familia Adelante?
• Is there a need to augment services for high risk Latino youth (those with early signs of
behavioral or emotional issues)?
• Does my organization have access to middle school age youth 10-14?
• Can my organization commit staff and other resources to implement and evaluate this
12 week, curriculum based model?
• Is there a willingness to share data/findings with the developer of Familia Adelante?
• Can this program be sustained by the organization?
